PIKAThe OWNER and FOUNDER of ECO CLEANING SERVICES GROUP
After graduating from university in Bali, Pika has spent nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry across many forms and disciplines; including management roles. With hospitality, as a generic term, being so important to an island such as Bali, the highest standards were required to be maintained at all times. Pika’s commitment to those standards enabled her to rise to management positions quite rapidly.
Never one to stop learning and achieving, Pika embarked on a Beauty Therapy course and graduated as it was a profession that deeply interested her.
Upon relocating to Australia and raising a family, hospitality requirements were her core business skills and thus embarked on a journey by specialising in cleaning. Perhaps more by necessity than by design at that point in her life, she was very focused to succeed.
After deciding to settle on the Sunshine Coast, she had already been involved with major hotel chains, motels, smaller commercial sites, offices, resorts, Airbnb, major event cleans, and, of course, domestic services. This was mostly achieved as a contractor in her own right: indeed, as she is today.
Pika now believes that it is the time to put her experience to work and set new levels for customer satisfaction and performance: and grow a business in her own mould.
Pika’s philosophy is TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT AN AGREED AND FIXED REWARD.
Stephen has had a life-time in senior operational roles for Australian branches of large multi-national corporations and more recently in retail on the Sunshine Coast having relocated in 1990; becoming a third-generation within the family tree to live in paradise.
Stephen is totally focused on customer satisfaction with full compliance to industry standards and guidelines. He understands the value in maintaining excellent relationships with customers and the value of recommendations from personal referrals. In todays more structured environment in the world that we enjoy, there has never been a greater need to be fully compliant with work practices and ensuring successful outcomes for customers; particularly their health and safety. That may be in a commercial office, their home, a studio, or perhaps in co-ordinating with NDIS or an Aged-Care environment.
Understanding and meeting customers’ expectations will always be our primary focus.
Stephen was offered the opportunity to work for ECO CLEANING SERVICES GROUP by Pika and after several discussions accepted with pleasure as our common goals, quite simply, made sense.
